How the Framework structure operates
With lots of parties involved we’ve developed a clear structure for making sure all the partners are involved, decisions are made, and things get done.
This is how we’re working together
Individual Governance Bodies
Responsible Ministers, Iwi Runanga/Boards, Mayors/Chairs/Councils
Executive Review Group
Includes the CEs from the regional, city and district councils, and equivalent positions from central government and Iwi
Project Steering Group
Made up of staff from:

Independent Project Director
-
All regional, city and district councils
-
NZTA, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and Kāinga Ora
-
All Iwi in the region
-
Other Central Government Agencies as appropriate e.g. MOT, Treasury, DIA
Project Integration Team
Independent Project Director leads small team of members drawn from project partners
